Where Coffee, Cocktails, and Culture Collide

Founded in January 2021 by Shundra “Mz Urban Drinkery” Allison, Urban Drinkery was created from legacy, love, and a deep passion for the craft of flavor.

Long before there were cocktail battles, coffee flights, and signature slushies, there was her grandmother — a woman known for making “Buck” back in the day. Her homemade brew wasn’t just about the drink; it was about bringing people together, laughing, and sharing life. Watching her grandmother mix ingredients and create joy with a simple jar of Buck planted the seed for what would become Urban Drinkery.

That legacy lives on through Shundra — a mixologist with a distiller’s heart, whose journey began behind the bar and now moves toward crafting her own gin line inspired by nature and heritage. From her Rose Water Gin to Cucumber Mint Gin, she’s shaping her path toward becoming one of Florida’s leading Black female distillers.

☕ The Urban Brew House
Each morning, Urban Drinkery transforms into Urban Brew House, where neighbors, entrepreneurs, and creatives gather for coffee, tea, and conversation.
From rich drip coffee and caramel frappes to herbal blends like Lemon Ginger and Moringa tea, it’s where the community starts its day — warm, vibrant, and full of soul.

Hours: Monday–Saturday • 7:30 AM–12 PM

🍸 Crafted Cocktails. Boldly Poured.
By day’s end, the space shifts from cozy café to cocktail culture.
Mz Urban Drinkery’s handcrafted drinks — including the Lemon Basil, Cognac Berry, and Rum Lola Punch — have become local favorites, known for their bold flavors and elevated presentation. Each recipe blends creativity and craftsmanship, capturing her unique mix of urban edge and timeless elegance.

Her growing passion for distilling is the next step — bringing her own spirits to life, bottle by bottle.
